Orders placed with Mercoframes Optical Corp. assumes that the purchaser agrees with, and will comply with the all general terms and conditions as listed below, unless specific exceptions have been made and acknowledged in writing

3. PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNLESS CONFIRMED AFTER ORDER
4. ALL ORDERS SUBJECT TO FINAL ACCEPTANCE BY Mercoframes Optical Corp.
5. ALL PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY APPLICABLE SALES TAXES

ORDERS

1. PLEASE SPECIFY THE ORDER CODE NUMBER, PRODUCT/MODEL NAME AND NUMBER OF UNITS REQUIRED
2. PLEASE SPECIFY THE PRICE ON YOUR ORDER
3. AN ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

SHIPMENT

1. PLEASE LIST DETAILED BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS
2. PLEASE LIST SPECIFIC SHIPPING METHOD AND CARRIER
3. IN THE ABSENCE OF SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS, Mercoframes Optical Corp. WILL SHIP THROUGH THE MOST PRACTICAL METHOD BASED ON CONDITIONS AT THE

TIME OF SHIPMENT

RETURNS

1. Mercoframes Optical Corp. WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF A PRODUCT UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS OBTAINED PERMISSION FROM Mercoframes Optical Corp.
2. A RE-STOCKING FEE OF 25% MAY BE APPLIED DEPENDANT ON THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM AFTER ACCEPTANCE

CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES/DAMAGES

1. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS EMPLOYED IN THE CHECKING, PACKAGING AND ASSEMBLING OF YOUR ORDER IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE THE POSSIBILITY

OF SHORTAGES

2. IF SHORTAGES ARE DISCOVERED, CLAIMS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY TO Mercoframes Optical Corp. WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT DATE OF YOUR ORDER
3. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT CEASES UPON THE SAFE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER TO THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY OR CARRIER
4. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT OR MISS-HANDLING SHOULD BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY OR CARRIER

IMMEDIATELY AND EXTERNAL SIGNS OF DAMAGE SHOULD BE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT

WARRANTY

A DETAILED WARRANTY IS ATTACHED AT THE END OF THIS MESSAGE

Mercoframes Optical Corp.  Warrants all equipment against defective material and workmanship under normal use and application for a period of ONE YEAR (12 months), from the date of invoice to the original purchaser.

Under this warranty Mercoframes Optical Corp.'s sole obligation is to repair or replace at Mercoframes Optical Corp. ’s discretion, the product or defective part thereof.

Item must be returned to Mercoframes Optical Corp’s warehouse/distribution center, shipping costs to and from must be borne by the customer.

This warranty does not apply to product which has been tampered with or altered in any way or which has been misused or damaged by accident or negligence or which the serial number has been removed, altered or effaced, nor shall this warranty extend to a product not installed or operated in a manner not in accordance with the applicable instruction manual, nor to a product which has been serviced or repaired other than by Mercoframes Optical Corp. 

Lamps, bulbs, charts and other expendable items are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties implied or expressed. All implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. No representative or other person is authorized or allowed to make any other obligation for Mercoframes Optical Corp. 

Mercoframes Optical Corp shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages from any negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability or any other theory arising out of, resulting from or relating to the design, manufacture, sale, use or handling of the product.

Buying from MERCOFRAMES OPTICAL CORP AND ANY RELATED BRAND THAN WE SELL OR REPRESENT, admit the acceptance on the terms and conditions above explained.

Any dispute after the purchase will by handle by mediation as first step, and as a final result. Any legal situation, dispute and mediation term and situation will be handle on the State in Florida, were MERCOFRAMES OPTICAL CORP is registered.
